Refunds and Missing Parts
All items are sent via tracked courier within New Zealand, compensation for items damaged, lost or missing whilst in the care of the courier are limited to the indemnity as provided by the courier company. Please note that couriers generally do not offer any indemnity for items being delivered to a rural address. Damaged items will need to be returned to us at your expense before any refund can be provided.
Refunds will only be provided under the above indemnity, if you change your mind about a purchase then no refunds are offered so please choose carefully before buying.
Missing parts can be replaced for any item that is still in the manufacturers current list of kits, no indemnity is provided for vintage/older kits or decals that are no longer in production.

2nd Hand & Vintage Kits
All 2nd hand, vintage or older kits/decals are sold in an 'as is, where is' condition and condition of decals is not guaranteed, we endeavour to do our best in inspecting any opened kits but cannot guarantee completeness in these cases. Where we state 'appears complete' this means that we have checked the item concerned and everything appears to be correct, kits in the 'Missing Parts' section will either have missing parts noted or be classed as Junkers. Decals either in kits or as an individual item are inspected but due to the nature of decals we cannot guarantee their condition and provide no indemnity against faults.
Pre Ordering
Preorders are accepted on the basis of a non-refundable deposit being paid in advance, As we import most of our products prices can change; but we will advise any difference in costs as soon as we become aware of them. Please note when placing a pre-order the price will only be confirmed once we have all the costs to hand and may not be the same as shown on the website.
Shipping
Please refer to 'International Orders' for any orders outside of New Zealand, all other shipping conditions are noted during the Checkout procedure. NZ Shipping excludes to any area outside of the main North & South Islands, we will ship to the smaller islands for additional costs.
Cancelled Orders
Should you wish to cancel your order an administration fee will be charged, this will be 20% of the total amount of the order subject to a minimum of $25. If the item was pre-ordred and a deposit paid the deposit will not be refunded.
